Toshiba New Strategy announcement |

We are pleased to inform you of a very important event in the DM Company calendar
that will take place next week.
Mr. Fujii, the president of DM Company, will hold a press conference next Thursday,
September 18, at which he will unveil our new Audio-Visual Business Strategy and the
new products we will roll out between now and the end of the year.
The press conference will take place at 2:30 PM, Tokyo time, in central Tokyo, and
attended by invited members of the media. The whole event will be videoed, and the
video and the presentation materials will be made available on-line from midnight,
September 19. Non-Japanese speakers will be able to access an English-language
simultaneous translation of Mr. Fujii’s comments and English translations of the
presentation materials.
