Terms and Conditions

1. This contest is open to all residents of Malaysia aged 18 years and above only. Employees, advertising agency and dealers of Toshiba Sales & Services Sdn Bhd and their families or household members are not eligible to participate in this contest.
2. Participants are required to fill in all their personal particulars. Incomplete personal particulars will be automatically disqualified.
3. Recipes submitted MUST be original (not copied from books, magazines, newspapers, websites etc.). Non-original recipes will be immediately disqualified.
4. All entries must be submitted through Toshiba's contest website. Participants may send in as many entries/recipes as they wish as long as the recipes are original.
5. All recipes must have been tried and tested and suitable for cooking in a rice cooker, in its entirety.
6. Winners will be judged based on the best original recipe submitted for the contest every fortnight. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
7. Limited to only ONE prize per winner, every fortnight. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
8. Toshiba Sales & Services Sdn Bhd reserves the right to substitute the stated prize with another of similar value without prior notice.
9. All prizes must be claimed within one month of the prize notification date, failing which the prizes will be automatically forfeited.
10. All recipes and pictures submitted by participants of the Contest will become the sole property of Toshiba Sales & Services Sdn Bhd who reserves the right to use them for any Advertising & Promotional purposes and activities it deems fit without recompense to the aforesaid participants.
