Secretary/Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

 

  - Organise and arrange appointments or meetings according to

    priority and urgency.

  - Secretarial and administrative support such as handling visitor,

    travel arrangement,

    claims management and handling and filtering incoming calls.

  - Taking the minutes of management meeting and related matters.

  - Coordinate events and meetings.

  - Ad-hoc duties such as Board Meeting and logistic arrangement.
 

Requirements:

 

  - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent.

  - At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is

    required for this position.

  - Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive &

    Personal Assistant or equivalent. Job role in

    Secretary/Personal Assistant or Others.

  - Good command of English is a MUST.

  - Ability to converse in Chinese will be an added advantage.

  - Mature, tactful and with strong interpersonal skill.

  - Proactive and well-organized.

IT Executive

Responsibilities:
 

  - Network / System Administration (Windows 7, 2xxx, XP,

    TCP/IP networking, Firewall, SQL database, Microsoft Exchange, etc)

  - Apps Development (in Visual Studio and others). Knowledge in

    ERP or RPG/400 programming is a plus.

  - Involve in the application development, implementation and support

    (hardware and software)

  - Operations
   
 

Requirements:
 

  - Experience in setting up networks and servers

  - Strong in analytical & problem solving skills

  - Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision

  - Proactive, flexible with good work ethics and good team player .

  - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate

    Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree,

    Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

  - At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for

    this position

  - Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer -

    Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
